I recently had to replace my Bradford White water heater in my home. After checking on the internet to do some price shopping, I made the decision to go with my propane supplier Hometowne energy. As it happened on Saturday evening, I did not want to contact Hometowne on the weekend for the fear of the after hour’s cost. Monday morning I called and spoke to your salesman Alan Barrile and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products you sell. He was able to give me an estimate and schedule my appointment for Tuesday afternoon which seemed like an eternity without hot water. The technician that came out to install my water heater, Bill Barber was very efficient and professional in his actions. When he was running late to my appointment he took the time to contact the person that I had arranged to be home to let him in that he was running late which I feel is essential to customer relations. He went as far as to sweep any debris from behind the old water heater before placing the new unit in place. I thought that this was extremely courteous and professional. My experience with this repair was exceptional and that’s why I have referred my neighbors in the past to Hometowne Energy. Thank you for employing people such as Alan and Bill as they take pride in there jobs and are an integral part of your company.
