Testimonial Letter

To The Fabulous People at Hometowne Energy:

We are a new customer to Hometowne Energy and we could not be happier. Your service has surpassed all other companies we have dealt with. You can take great pride in your employee because they are a huge asset to Hometowne. We have felt the good old kindness, respect and quality that is hard to find in this day and age. This starts with the office people who are respectful, clear and happy when you call. Gary and I want to thank them for making us feel important.

We want to thank Mike who came out to service our boiler one evening. He was happy to be able to go home early to be with his family. Our phone call changed all that. He took his time to work on our boiler to make sure we had heat. Thank you Mike for taking the time to keep us warm.

Of course we want to especially thank Mitch who has been out to clean and fix our boiler. Mitch is a ACE in service. His understanding of the job, equipment, and the quality for which he Carries this out is of the utmost importance as an employee. Mitch is a person who takes pride in himself and this in turn shows the great work ethics and pride he has for Hometowne Energy.
